The successful Danish webshop Luxplus, known for its digital and subscription-based universe of beauty and care products, has taken a significant step in its growth journey. At a time when many brick-and-mortar stores are struggling to compete with the pressure of online shopping, Luxplus has chosen to open its very first physical store.
Since its inception in 2013, Luxplus has built a solid customer base through its beauty club concept, where members gain access to products at low shipping rates. To make the experience in the physical store even more flexible and modern, Luxplus has partnered with the IT company Delfi Technologies. As part of this collaboration, the store has been equipped with digital price tags that display prices for both members and non-members.
The digital price tags provide a dynamic and efficient solution, allowing prices to be easily updated and adjusted, just like on the webshop. This ensures that Luxplus can offer the same advantageous prices to members in the physical store as they already know from the website, while also allowing non-members to clearly see their prices.
– The digital price tags are a huge advantage for us because we can display different prices for members and non-members in a clear and structured way – just like on the webshop. The prices update automatically, ensuring that our customers always get the correct prices,” says Tina Rode, Store Manager at Luxplus Roskilde. She adds:
– This way, we don’t have to worry about whether the prices are accurate and can instead focus on providing the right guidance to our customers.

The new store is more than just a point of sale—it’s a meeting place for both existing members and potential new customers. Here, visitors can find inspiration and guidance on beauty products while experiencing the products in a completely new way.
The store is designed with an emphasis on interaction and customer experience. A sink is integrated into the store, allowing customers to try out products and wash them off again. This creates a space where customers can explore the beauty universe at their own pace, with the opportunity to receive personalized advice from Luxplus’ experts.
The opening of the physical store marks a new milestone for Luxplus and exemplifies how digital tools and technology can support a modern retail strategy. The partnership with Delfi Technologies ensures that Luxplus can deliver a future-proof solution that bridges the gap between online and offline retail.
